When you select a complaint type, Complain Train takes your journey details and uses that information to instantly compose your complaint that you can then quickly email, tweet or post on Facebook from inside the app.
If you want to claim compensation, we will guide you through the process and help by instantly providing all the information you need, well even compose the compensation letter for you, complete with all your contact details and the address of the train company. If the train company has an online compensation page, well display a link to it so you can easily complete your claim.
